We recommend booking in advance during high season (June–August). In low season it is often possible to book just a few days ahead.
Prices
€25 per night, all inclusive. No additional costs.

Yes, the parking is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

We accept any wheeled vehicle: cars, motorcycles, caravans, motorhomes, coaches, bicycles etc. We have space for vehicles of any size.

From Milan take motorway A8/A26 towards Verbania, then SS34 to Cannobio. About 1h30 drive.
Cross the border at Brissago or Locarno and follow the lake road to Cannobio. About 30 minutes from Locarno.
From Turin take motorway A4/A26 towards Gravellona Toce, then SS33 and SS34 to Cannobio. About 2 hours.
Animals
Yes, we are pet friendly. There is a dedicated area next to the parking where dogs can run free.
Animals are welcome. We ask you to keep them on a leash in common areas and to clean up after them. The dog area is available for them to move freely.
